We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your fishing gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions.

International Shipping

For our international anglers, please be aware:

  • You may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
  • Delivery times may be longer than estimated due to customs processing
  • All charges are calculated at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all anglers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Flies and Fly Tying materials (for hygiene reasons)
  • Freshwater/Saltwater Terminal Tackle (hooks, swivels, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Items showing signs of use or wear

Note: Damaged or defective items are exempt from these restrictions – see below for details.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include product name(s), quantity, and reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team (fellow anglers who understand gear needs) will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely pack your items using original packaging when possible. Include:

  • The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Copy of your invoice/packing slip

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  • Receive a replacement or full refund

International Returns

For our international anglers:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds will be in USD and may vary slightly due to exchange rates
