Our Return Policy
We accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
To protect all anglers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Flies and Fly Tying materials (for hygiene reasons)
- Freshwater/Saltwater Terminal Tackle (hooks, swivels, etc.)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Items showing signs of use or wear
Note: Damaged or defective items are exempt from these restrictions – see below.
How to Return an Item

Our team (fellow anglers who understand gear needs) will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return mailing address (our warehouse in Washington, US)
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely pack your items using the original packaging whenever possible. Include:
- The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Copy of your invoice/packing slip

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

International Returns
For our international anglers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be in USD and may vary slightly due to exchange rates
